Terms & Conditions

• Call or e-mail us to check availability and to discuss the options for your booking.
• Confirm the booking by fax or e-mail.
• We will send you a booking form for the duration of the booking for you to complete with full details.
• For bookings of 6 weeks or less full payment to be made with the booking (unless special payment terms agreed).
• We accept the following methods of payment:
  • Visa / MasterCard / Cheque / bank transfer BACS/CHAPS /
    Maestro / Solo / Visa Electron / Delta
  • Company account - subject to prior agreement
• All confirmations are subject to cleared funds being in place (County Apartments Ltd A/C).
• The number of persons permitted to occupy the accommodation is limited to the number of beds. In some apartments extra beds (cots, roll-out beds, chair-beds) with additional bedding, linen & towels can be provided - charges will be advised at the time of booking.
• Unless specified, all rates displayed exclude VAT.

Your requirements
Please tell us your choice of location, type of apartment and time schedule.  We will check availabilities and respond to you as quickly as possible.  If your chosen apartment is not available we will inform you of any alternatives.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Standard arrival time after 15.00h (3.00pm) and departure time no later than 10.00h(10.00am).  Should you require earlier arrival / later departure times, please adjust your booking days accordingly  by adding these day(s).

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
For your individual requirements we can offer you a tailor-made service from your initial contact at the most cost-effective way.  Please advise us of your requests and we offer you a unique package reflecting your instructions.
