It is an alternative to hotel accommodation - it offers guests a home from home - fully furnished and equipped self-contained properties.  This provides an exclusive combination of the flexibility and service of a hotel room but with space, comfort and privacy of your own home without the administration and domestic workload.


Why is an apartment better than a hotel?

Will this be more expensive than a hotel room?

No - the opposite - there is an average saving of 30% on hotel room rates and further savings on incidentals (drinks, meals, laundry, parking, communication costs of telephone / broadband and satellite/cable TV entertainment) . . . no hidden charges in your serviced apartment.  More Cost-effective. All inclusive-rate with housekeeping/maintenance built in.


What are the lengths of bookings I have to commit to?

You stay for a few days...weeks...months... or longer and book and extend when you are ready.  Flexible.

What are the apartments like what can I expect?

County Apartments Ltd. Properties are in modern apartment buildings and we are setting high standards with exceptional facilities and services.  We own and manage all our properties with personal, hands-on attention, from administration to implementing every details thus ensuring that the highest standards are offered throughout and are dedicated to our clients needs with a policy of constantly up-dating and improving our services and facilities.

How often is housekeeping provided?

Weekly housekeeping maid and linen service is included.  Extras housekeeping services can be arranged and charged accordingly.

How do I book?

It is as simple and easy to book as making a hotel reservation.  Contact us with your requirements, we check availabilities and you can make your reservation providing us with your details for processing and confirmation.

How many persons can stay in an apartment?

The number of persons permitted to occupy the accommodation is limited to the number of beds.  In some apartments extra beds (cots, roll-out beds, chair-beds) with additional bedding, linen & towels can be provided charges will be advised at the time of booking.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, subject to availability.  If your apartment is not available we will inform you of any alternatives.

Do you provide a cot or highchair?

We welcome children and can provide equipment according to their age and needs to make the stay of our younger guests and their family as comfortable and happy as possible.  Please advise of the age(s) of the child(ren) so this can be provided for your arrival.


Are there specific times for check-in/out?

Standard arrival time after 15.00h (3.00pm) and departure time no later than 10.00h (10.00am).   All additional hours will be charged as one day.  Should you require earlier arrival / later departure times, please adjust your booking days accordingly by adding these day(s).


Pets

We regret that no animals whatsoever are allowed in the apartments.
